Calusa cast nets are designed to meet the requirements of the demanding fisherman. These handmade nets are manufactured using six-panel construction, 1.5 lbs. of weight per foot (e.g. 10’ net = 15lbs.). The 1/4″ Calusa nets are 1 lb/ft of weight. They are reinforced at the top and bottom of the net with strong monofilament making them the most durable nets on the market. The construction of the highest quality mesh and handmade craftsmanship make for a cast net that feels softer, throws easier, sinks faster and lays flatter than any other net available.
